"Liberal left wing press goes after mayor""read the NJ Pulse"

"The Alternative Press" or "Paterson Press" A new liberal online media, who is connected to a citizens group, trying to control the elections in Paterson has been the rod for targeting the Mayor Jeffery Jones, for months the group who has posted a writer at the city council meeting and have been publishing negative stories about the mayor, specifically targeting him. Allegedly misleading the truth about the story by quoting the mayors rivals. In it's latest attempts to control the elections process, it brought in mayor Torres to help bash the mayor which reflects negative on the city. The online group attempts to say it is "Unbiased" by evidence and review of its stories show otherwise, read the full report and investigation in the New Pulse, out in October 2011.

June 4th: Recount, Rigo v. McDaniel VIDEO RULING, low right of screen "FEATURE VIDEO":

Judge Rules on 49 votes that suddenly appeared in Rigo suit. All of the votes went to Rigo. Although the Assistant attorney general said they were valid, and "time stamped" on May 11th no one could explain their where-about between May 11th till June 2nd when they appared or re-appeared. They concluded the votes were in the custody of the custodian but there was no evidence to support it only to say it was, yet he did not know they even existed. "If he did not know they even existed, how would he even know if they left his office or not" a resident asked outside of the court.
Strangely no one questioned that all 49 of the envelopes containing their ballots were compromised as they we found opened.
Since the outside envelope that was logged and time stamped with the state does not have the same stamp or a name or ID to match the ballot inside, they could have been removed and replaced. The seal of all 49 were opened, yet no one raised the fact that evidence once compromised is no longer admissiable. If the seals were in tact it would make all 49 valid to match the log and date stamped. Judge denied McDaniel's attorney more time to review evidence. No word on any appeal yet.

News: June 2nd: Councilman Rigo Rodriguez wins back his council seat removing Kenneth McDaniel from his victory. While the re-count remains the same victor for McDaniel with 6 votes, the election commission suddenly discovered 49 ballots that was somehow not counted. 46 of the ballot that suddely appared went to Rigo.
The election commission stated in court that it was human error that made them miss the ballots but that they should be counted. They also stated this never happened before. No one could explain how the alleged mistake happened only to state that there was a mixup and it went back in the box with the ones already counted. When the assistant attorney general asked why was the computer count not matched with the hand count, which would have reconized any mistake at the end of the election, it was again noted as a error no one could explain.

Thanks to everyone who help changed our government by choosing a new Mayor, Jeffery Jones and thank you for trusting us to tell you the truth. The best choice is an informed choice. It took three long years fighting Torres and Sayegh, but our endorsement lead the way to take the government back. We made a few enemies along the way, but the government is back in the hands of the people, so we count it joy to have suffered for this victory.

"Paterson Pulse and Christian Heritage news Endorses Council President Jeffery Jone for Mayor and Councilman-at-large Ken Morris to be Re-elected. Congratulation on your Win! keep the city going for all people
"

Paterson Pulse News follows in the footsteps of other large newspapers and for the first time endorsed candidates for the city of Paterson. "It is important we have the right people at the wheel going into the storm, the wrong people, no matter how nice they seem can destory this city going forward. It's historic for us to do this, we may never do it again, but someone has to step up and point out the truth. No more inexperience person, no more hispanic or black culture lines... a Mulit-cultural person Jones and Morris. The main reason we did this was because these are dangerous times we live in and the third person could damage this city beyond repair and our culture, for his own gain, and we must preserve that, Jones can do it. If he looses we all loose." Pulse president Sirrano Keith Baldeo.

The only real endorsement is from an entity looking for the truth, not people looking for something in return. An endorsement is not a favor from the Pulse, it just means we trust them to do the job when they get there and if they don't... we hold them accountable
